Experience the Road Less Traveled

Located along the original Route 66, we are a unique community with rich history, culture, and tradition. Los Lunas offers an intimate, personable look at the stunning outdoors, exciting entertainment, and fulfilling experiences that New Mexico has to offer.

A Community That Works

Regional MapLos Lunas is a friendly, pro-development community located 20 minutes south from downtown Albuquerque, 15 minutes from the International Sunport and easily accessed off the major I-25 interstate that runs north and south through the state of New Mexico.

Over the past 40 years, Los Lunas’ population increase makes us one of the fastest growing communities in New Mexico. This is no doubt due to our ease of doing business where not only do we offer competitive incentives but our speed-to-market capability for both commercial and residential projects is a top priority. Some of our largest employers are the Los Lunas Meta (Facebook) Data Center campus, Walmart Distribution Center, Wall Colmonoy, Niagara Bottling, Accurate Machine & Tool, Party Outlaw, and Fresenius Medical Care distribution, amongst other businesses across various industries and national retailers.

Our new University of New Mexico Workforce Training Center opened its doors January 2022. Located in close proximity to our three industrial parks and a short distance from I-25, this unique 19,000 SF facility will accommodate classrooms, computer labs, a vocational lab, Small Business Development Office, and tutoring areas. They offer classes and training focused on manufacturing and industry, as well as “soft” skills that are needed in the workforce. Here you will be able to train your newest New Mexico employees for the specific skills they need to get the job done quickly, safely, and efficiently.

We might look like a small community but with over 2,000 acres of available commercial and industrial land across three business parks with direct access to two major interstates as well as rail, there are big possibilities to be had here in the Village of Los Lunas.
